This is a tricky way to get your kids to eat bananas…um, not really. There’s no tricking here. It’s chocolate, bananas, and peanut butter. It’s dessert! And what kid (or adult) doesn’t like dessert? These are so fun to make, but seriously…I need to stop.
1 recipe pizza dough
6 T cocoa powder
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 bananas
3/4 cup gluten-free dairy-free chocolate chips
Make a recipe of my
Pizza dough, adding 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the dough. Divide into 6 balls, rolling each one out to form an oval. On one side of the oval, spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter, top with 1/2 banana, chopped, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips. Repeat on the other dough ovals. Fold the other side over the filling, pinch the sides together, make some slits in the top with a knife and bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated 450 degree oven.
