Do you ever serve your kids leftover dessert for breakfast? I don’t and shame on you if you do! (Just kidding!) We eat A LOT of oatmeal for breakfast and, quite frankly, it can get boring. This was a nice change! It tastes like dessert for breakfast, and I wouldn’t say no to that.
Slice 1/2 a banana and pour 1 T honey or syrup over it. Cook it over low in a small pan while your gluten-free oatmeal is cooking, about 5 minutes. Stir it into your oatmeal, and sprinkle some cinnamon in it.
This serves 1, so increase all ingredients to feed a crew.
