Here it is! After talking to my son so he could interpret the scribbles that he had written down as his recipe, and also checking with my husband who helped him make it, here is the Rainbow Soup that my son lovingly made me for my birthday breakfast. He had been talking about making me a fruit soup for at least a week and was so excited to do it. It turned out great and was just like a smoothie in a bowl!
the juice of 1 orange
the juice of 1 lemon
1/2 of a pineapple, chopped
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 BIG peach, chopped
1 banana
2 cups almond milk
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend! Refrigerate overnight and serve as breakfast the next morning.
