Sometimes you just need some ribs. Okay, maybe you don’t, but they sure do taste good and are really easy to make and I like easy. Sprinkle some spice on them and walk away. What is easier than that? My big kids feel big when they eat them too because we don’t cut the meat off the bones for them. Now if only we could get the kids to do the dishes, then life would be easier too.

1 package of pork ribs
1 T chili powder
1/2 T smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put in a roasting pan and bake for 90 minutes.
