This has ZERO added sugar. No honey, no stevia, no nothin’…except for fruit. A family friend gave us the ingredients for Orange Julius growing up and the taste reminds me of that…only it’s pineapple. The kids love it too!
2 T chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (So Delicious or homemade)
3 cups fresh pineapple
2 frozen bananas
1/2 T vanilla
Combine the chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Blend this mixture with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until blended (of course).
