Method
- Mash the bananas to near-liquid, then whisk in the egg whites and vanilla.
- Fold in the combined dry ingredients until just mixed, then most of the chips.
- Pour into a parchment-lined 9×5" pan, top with remaining chips, and slash a line down the center.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50–55 minutes until a skewer at the center comes out with melted chocolate but no wet batter.
- Cool at least 1 hour before slicing into 12.
