Banana Pudding Protein Ice Cream

Banana is the only fruit here that's also a texture agent: its pectin and sugars make the creamiest scoop in the library. The recipe leans on that — less added sweetener, more fruit — for a pint that tastes like the bottom of a banana pudding dish.
