Mango's fiber and sugars make it the best-textured fruit in the Creami after banana — this pint lands somewhere between mango soft-serve and the lassi at your favorite Indian spot. Frozen chunks work as well as fresh, all year.

Method
- Blend everything 30–45 seconds until dead smooth (thaw frozen mango 10 minutes first so the blender catches it).
- Freeze in the pint 24 hours, then spin on Lite Ice Cream and re-spin once.
- Serve with lime zest, or go mango-lassi: a pinch of ground cardamom in the blend.
