1⅔ cups (400 g) unsweetened almond milk
400 g
1⅔ scoops (50 g) chocolate protein
50 g
¼ cup (20 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
20 g
⅓ cup (65 g) allulose
65 g
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 g
½ tsp xanthan gum
1.5 g
pinch of salt (non-optional in chocolate)
1 g

Method

  1. Blend everything a full 30 seconds — cocoa needs the time to hydrate or it lands grainy.
  2. Freeze and spin per the vanilla method (Creami 24 h + re-spin, or the pan-and-fork technique).
  3. Serve with a hot drizzle of the Salted “Caramel” Sauce if you want the sundae experience for ~20 extra calories.
