Method
- Toss the dry wedges with the cornstarch first (thin crisping jacket), then the oil and spices.
- Air-fry at 390°F for 16–18 minutes, shaking twice (oven: 425°F, ~30 minutes on a hot sheet pan), until the cut sides are bronzed and the tips are caramelized.
- Microwave the honey and hot sauce together 15 seconds and stir into hot honey.
- Platter the wedges, drizzle the hot honey over, and finish with flaky salt.
