Toasted Coconut Protein Ice Cream
Coconut ice cream usually gets its richness from a full can of coconut milk and its calories show it. This pint measures the coconut cream in grams — enough to carry the aroma — and lets two minutes of toasting do the heavy flavor work on top.

- Blend everything except the shredded coconut for a full 30 seconds.
- Pour into the Creami pint up to (never past) the MAX line. Freeze 24 hours on a level freezer shelf.
- Spin on Lite Ice Cream. If the first pass is crumbly or powdery, use Re-Spin.
- Toast the coconut 2 minutes in a dry pan, moving it constantly, and top the bowls just before serving so it stays crisp.
